Highly recommended supplement

Supplement highly recommended if you have joint problems. In my case, I consider the glucosamine chondroitin supplement as if it were a medicine. I have shoulder problems (when it is not the left it is the right) and a few days after taking it I feel that the pain decreases. The size of the tablets is normal with no swallowing problems, although they can be easily chopped up.

Suplemento muy recomendable si tienes problemas de articulaciones. En mi caso, considero el suplemento de la glucosamina condroitina como si de un medicamento se tratase. Tengo problemas de hombros (cuando no es el izquierdo es el derecho) y a los pocos días de tomarlo siento que el dolor disminuye. El tamaño de las tabletas es normal sin problemas de tragar, aunque se pueden trocear fácilmente.
